As far as anyone remembers, there has never been a court order to 'return' Baby Boy Allen to Wacko, it was the reverse, stating that Ms. Peterson has full rights and custody of the child. One large reason is because Mr. Allen refused to go to his two hearings for the boy in 2001, blatantly refusing, and so his side to this was now default. Added to Mr. Allen's insistence on online harassment (in later years) and stalking in person, following them to Dallas, etc, it is no wonder he was denied this privilege. Mr. Allen is an unfit person, and could never qualify as a parent.  

The abduction was timed August 11th 2001 to occur the day after the end of employment by contract term prior agreed with an employer of James A. Allen. Whose name Mr. Beal also falsely represented incorrectly in 2003 threats to witnesses in the child abuse case in threats to justify the child kidnapping and deter support for him after his (2002) assault. This was done knowing full well that $10,000 USD of retirement funds loaned by elderly family members of the child in Ada had been provided to pay off the full medical bills of Veronica Petersen just weeks before, conditional to her promise of matrimony and relocation of the child to live in Oklahoma with the father and such taking occuring during the transport (Interstate) of that child at that time for permanent settlement in the City of Ada where the father had extensive family, medical contacts for child care, and employment opportunities waiting (2003-2004). Nothing in this abduction could be less premeditated, nor qualify as mental incapacity to tell right and wrong, in light of the letters and threats by Donald J. Beal in combination with his assets and resources of his employers to harass and threaten and demean James Arnold Allen to prolong and execute taking of the child for concealment. 

The only thing that was premeditated was getting Ms. Peterson and Magnus safely away from Mr. Allen's psychotic ass. He was dangerous then as he is now and no parent in their sane mind would willingly subject their children to being around him. He is unpredictable in a bad way due to the constant pressures of his mental illnesses. Mr. Allen has so many mental problems swimming around in his thick head that day-to-day it is difficult to guess what he will convince himself of next is 'true'. The only consistency is that he is delusional and narcissistic. If Mr. Allen was humble enough to take a psychological evaluation and gain some medical assistance, he would almost be tolerable.   

Before Judge Martha Kilgore of Pontotoc County, D. Beal alleged he had no contact with the child in question, despite having knowledge of the child's medical care and being "good friends" with Veronica Petersen (contrary a letter sent 2005 suggesting she be "plucked from the face of the earth" to James Allen via hotmail.com, sent without any explanation or prior or subsequent legally ordered information showing knowledge of contact means and character). Court records show that D. Beal has a child with Veronica Petersen, has been accused of "emotional cruelty" by her in court filings, pays support to her for a child born after the abduction of Mr. Allen's son, and has visitation with that (youngest) child in the home where the son of James Allen still resides. This represents a pattern of perjury and malicious deception even under oath that make Donald J. Beal an unreliable witness and engaged in a long standing and ongoing practice of fraud and criminal hoax to terrorize by threat and aggravation of violation of civil rights and mental health reputation, the father of the child named in the ORDER. Further, it demonstrates that Mr. Beal was SUBJECT TO THE ORDER as a caregiver of the child and home owner during the 2001-2005 concealment of the child, as he testified to in 2003 threats in writing as cohabitating with the parties, and an active participant in concealing and refusing the COURT ORDER for surrender of the child and failure to report the whereabouts of the child or taking of the child OUT OF DALLAS COUNTY during the father attempted to remain (contrary his prior planned move, at great expense) to effect recovery of the child from August 11 2001 to February 2003, at times held in Texas against his will as officers of other businesses who rescued him from unbearable conditions are willing and prepared to testify to in court and have tendered such depositions of many times during the abuse and threats. 

Mr. Allen, the hotmail message you were sent about Ms. Peterson being 'plucked from the earth' was not meant to be taken truthfully, it was figuratively. Sometimes men get frustrated with women, but you wouldn't know that, instead, you are the drama queen and they must deal with your crap. How can there be 'concealment' if the location was well-known already genius? This makes no sense except for more sensationalism, a habit that is well-practiced by Mr. Allen in these years. He will throw as many accusations and crimes as he can atop the targets to make their names look bad in hopes that the legal authorities will actually believe it once. Trust us Mr. Allen, they can tell crap from the real thing pretty well, and you smoke of crap.
