U.S. Hiring Policy...Wow. How Did He Hire His Kitties I Wonder?

Sept 15th 2012

September 12th was our scheduled day to seek out newly enrolled job applicants in Ada Oklahoma. Instead, we were hit with threats alleging a conspiracy to commit larceny of trade secrets by an alias of a known affiliate of persons sending threats to the firm in 2011 and making similar commercial extortion claims in 2009 and 2010 against the firm. This launched a full police investigation. This is typical of every break in our schedule, coinciding with the organized business activity of Progressive Leftist activites, and underlines why we are increasingly unable to hire domestic labor to perform the jobs that our competitors fill overseas in Korea, China, and India.

If our firm did not want to hire or develop jobs based in the United States, we would not have incorporated in 1998 and 2009 respectively to do so. It is absurd to reason that because of economic terrorism (21 O.S. 21-1268) and racketeering (18 USC 1961) in the State of Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas by beligerant criminal competitors with communist and socialist leanings, that we somehow arrived at this conclusion willingly. Our firm has had offers to relocate to England, China, and workers from those countries as well as Australia, who strongly convince our officers this venture would be more successful in a different atmosphere or religoius environment.

I wholly reject that idea, having operated a free press since 1990 and dealt with media law in the United Kingdom, Australia, India, China, the post-USSR Balkan States, and South America. The freedom of speech and protection of the 1st Amendment is not stronger in any other country in the world or any other State outside The State of Oklahoma. My family came here in the 1930s, built a business, a community, housing for soldiers returning from World War II, and taught school and choir here. I will not be compelled to leave my country or my home in the fraud that overseas workers are more committed, capable, or driven than American labor. I have no objection to the independent American worker, and I believe in transparency that makes each employee a participant in that production process, very much like John Sykes and my mentor David Curtis.

I will not permit a degree, a title, or an educational 'commission' to define or limit the potential for employment or advancement on the merit of our workers, and view education in the way a carpenter views his hammer - a tool rather than a qualifier, that is as easily picked up as it is put down when the job calls for it. This is the product of my military education and experience.

When called to duty, I expect my workers to report and participate fully and show their commitment to developing the skills and expertise as their ability suits them. This makes me offensive, even blasphemous, to college professors and institutional union bosses who would like to sell or ransom the right-to-work to our labor force.

I am also a believer in a right-to-work environment that provides for at-will termination, to quickly remove incompetence and to encourage workers to stand up for what they believe in without fear of being fired or rehired in shame or insecurity in the compensation plans and needs of a living wage and job structure that lets a father or mother support their family and spouse on one income.

This has earned me quite a few enemies among my peers, as well as local educators, programs, and certification boards. I am an Old School American, familiar with the work ethic of the early 1900s, and I believe we can make this nation great again once the rotten crumbling wood is pulled off the stack of our industry and intellectual private business. I have NEVER seen the productivity of talented individuals overcome by the collective bargaining of team dynamics in my 22 year career. I have only seen it suppress real talent and reduce the backbone of America to a menial and unskilled slave-pen in telecommunication and engineering efforts to imitate art.

I abhore theft, dishonesty, and malicious characterizations of mind rather than action to imply defect and distrust over reason and civil discourse - as I find them tools of the criminal poor to cast blame and responsibility for the sluffing off of consequences on the people they harm by their actions and cowardice.

It takes something special to work for me, and I expect someone special who can lead no matter what while remaining a good steward to their duty to the people who risk their lives, their time, and their separation from their families to be here with us financially and personally. That is uncommon, but I cannot accept in my heart that those people have faded from the face of the American experience.

I think they are, due to institutional shaming and criminal threats, hunkered down out there in the small towns, alleys, and ghettos of this country - waiting to have their chance. And although I am sure there are a great many who would not meet the challenge or humble themselves to grow personally - willing to lash out at any who do - that those few talented individuals are worth my time to look for each and every day as I fight to keep this business in the United States of America. No matter what critics think "American Values" mean, I am confident that we will dispute their fraud and effort to sell what is the God given right of every American to them for loyalty and silence in numerous other comprimises and frauds.

The reality is, wrongs are never forgiven. Even when the injuries are lessened, no one can or should strive to make anyone "move on" just to benefit society. We will struggle to prevent those injustices, not excuse or deny them, and that is our creed.

Where in the world could I hire that would know that to be true in their hearts more, than the United States of America.
