THE ATTACKS CONSIST OF PREMEDITATED AND PURPOSEFUL CRAFTED ABUSE OF THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF THE VICTIM IN A SYSTEMATIC AND ORGANIZED FASHION BY THE CHILD'S ABDUCTOR (NON-PARENT) AND MOTHER, MOTHER'S FAMILY, AND FRIENDS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS - TO ATTEMPT INTERSTATE COMMERCIAL SABOTAGE OF THE FATHER AND DEMAND MONEY AND PROPERTY NOT MENTIONED IN THE COURT ORDER OR OBLIGATED IN ANY WAY TO ANY OTHER PARTY AT DIRECTION OF VERONICA MARIE PETERSEN AND DONALD JOHNATHON BEAL.
THESE ATTACKS HAVE BEEN KNOWINGLY AND MALICOUSLY AIDED FROM 2001-2012 BY ALICIA SCARBROUGH (MCMAHON), AND FROM 2009-2012 BY BRIAN YOUNG. OTHER ASSOCIATES NAMED IN 2009-2012 THREATS INCLUDE BDSM-LIFESTYLE PERFORMERS SUSAN QUINCY (2007-2012), HER ASSOCIATES INVOLVED IN LETTERS OF THREAT JOINTLY WITH DONALD BEAL TO INCLUDE MATHTEW GRIGG (2008, 2012 unsolicited demands for property upon the security of the child) AND JO ANNE TINGLE (2010 MAY 5 ASSAULT) - EACH ALLEGING THE RIGHT TO CREATE PERPETUAL LOSS OF CONTACT BETWEEN THE PARENT AND ABDUCTED CHILD FOR COMMERCIAL BENEFIT TO THEMSELVES AND FOR THE STATED BENEFIT OF VERONICA PETERSEN AND ALICIA SCARBROUGH EXPLICITLY.
