It Takes a Village To Conceal a Child for 12 Years

It takes a village to kidnap a child. It's going to take more tha a village to get one back and protect them once that degree of abuse and injury are committed to formally. The parties have been lying to the public and impersonating the victim to incite hatred, violence, and blacken the name of organizations including the EAST CENTRAL UNIVERSITY psychology program, Ada Police Department (described in court by D. Beal as encouraging him to write a book telling of his exploits and how he was victimized by this crazy man about the child he raised selflessly for 5 years before leaving the mother and then jilting the girl that followed), and community organizations to include the local Masonic Fraternity of Ada OK, Ada Arts and Humanities Counsel, and Vintage 22 (2010 May Assault in this matter, threats issued on behalf of A. Scarbrough by an associate accosting James Allen as he tried to leave alone).

So the entire community is behind this boy's abduction now? Wow, why worry about making accusations on a handful of people and do them for large numbers instead? Easier I bet. No one wants to impersonate you because no one likes you, or wants to be near you. You better hope that your victims do not write books about their ordeals involving you Mr. Allen, they have plenty to tell and with evidence. On the other hand, if you choose to ever finish your book, what evidence will you put in it? Your websites? Emails and other information from your victims that blast you for doing bad things to them? You really have nothing of substance to use against them - nothing. Mr. Allen, you cannot leave anyone alone. Already in three years you incorporated about 4 more people into your delusions and paranoia that don't belong by any means. How many more are you going to add? 

It is a hell of a legacy for the United States of America. It is the truth, and a bigger story than the scandal or threats of war that distract us all from the failure of more fundamental systems of trust and community and individual liberty in our society. A trend that to even speak out about law, or statutes, or rights to protection, instantly criminalizes a person as "crazy" and how that tactic has been taken to political and national levels including abuse by the Internal Revenue Service and other agents prior trusted to hold high office, often for the same excuses - that we cannot place the good of one man, or one child, above the presumption of good intentions of the larger number of parties, even in a rape or murder - or a child kidnapping for extortion and blackmail.

Read the order. In light of the 10 year old court order to return the child to JAMES ALLEN, the rest of the abuse make sense. 

Yes, this 'legacy' is so well-known across the country that it is shameful and tabloid now. James, James...you ARE crazy. The IRS rightfully was after you, not abusing you, because you evaded them for many years while promoting online the assumption that you were this rich and powerful CEO of make-believe companies. Duh! You post claims of having an average of $100,000 in transactions/contracts, and you act surprised that they contact you? What an idiot. Your stalking targets do not murder, commit rape or kidnap for starters. If they did, surely they would be in trouble now, so stop with the fantasies. If had one neuron that would give you a flash of genius, you would see how insane your actions are and why the consequences to them are so bad. 

The order should have been for sole custody awarded to JAMES ALLEN (the sole financial provider for the prior 12 months and owner of the home where the child was legally resident at time of abduction), which the mother admitted "fleeing" in letters (2003 Sept) by Donald Beal to witnesses providing the defendant (J. Allen) aid and comfort during the resulting displacement upon loss of income and interruption of a prior planned move (to a new job, with his children and family) after abuse and domestic violence (not reported for fear of losing the child in baseless counter-claims - and such omission under oath upon legal advice of the attorney for the father). 

Should have been? No. This is like a spoiled child talking, not an adult. You lost out then in 2001 and again in 2012. We think it is time that you give up this court related angle being that you have failed at it everytime. It doesn't suit you. What does suit you is a straight-jacket. A tight one. You abused Mr. Peterson before, during and after her pregnancy, that is more than well-documented and cannot be ignored for anything. Why try to reverse it? Do you think that the internet audience will be oblivious to the true events of the past and that would be in your favor to lie? No, it doesn't work that way. You cannot tell the truth because you are so mentally ill that it is impossible for you to admit fault or failings. Narcissism does that remember?  

But the court offered the mother the benefit of the doubt and denied the father any opportunity to present evidence of any kind without the presence of the mother - while not providing the same protection and substituting an attorney for the defendant whom he had never met to conclude the proceedings without respect to new discovery of premeditation in kidnapping and violence (facial lacerations and concealment done to the child by the mother, reports of starvation, lice, and relocation in addition to fraud in report of who took the child and where the child was being concealed).

Look at the (nude lifestyle) photos. Ask yourself... did a father go crazy? Or did someone kidnap a child to tear down a good man and try to take his place standing on the shoulders of a newborn baby (75 days old at time of abduction) to gain power over that person and use that to attack the commercial and professional and intellectual reputation of the father for a decade.

Genocide is a war crime. And that describes this fraud best. A crime by a society, not just the parties who start it.

Now here you are just trying to convince yourself that the court pitied Ms. Peterson by giving her the benefit of the doubt. Ha! She had a full blown case against you, well documented and supported by a group of witnesses, what did you have? Oh yeah, you were too busy walking through walls in your vampire mode at the time, dressing in black with sullen expressions to notice that the real world isn't like that. Magnus was taken care of and in fine company with an extended family to help him while you were too busy living out delusions of grandeur. Those nude photos were a bold attempt at showing that beautiful girl you lost to your insanity Mr. Allen, there is nothing 'crazy' about that, not legally either. Exes do far worse to get at each other in revenge and this was mild. You lost a good girl and her kids over your own self and its many problems. Who is this 'good man' that was torn down? Oh...you mean you! How could that escape us? Yeah, well the truth about that is that you were not a good person, then or now, and because a refusal to get professional help you are destroying your own life. No friends, no social life, no work, no kid and no respect by others. You have lost a lot in these long years and more is to come if you continue. While you were busy making defamation sites online, whining about how you were slighted, she was busy raising the mentally ill boy. You did nothing but continue this same old thing day after day, year after year. There is no fraud, genocide or crime. You are just a psychologically disturbed person who is living vicariously through the rich and talented to try to like them, while claiming you were denied your boy and can't see the sun for the light of day.
