"In the course of that fraud, the abductor (a non-family member) did construct using false identity credentials belonging to his employers (2) on two occassions domain names consistent of the victim's first, middle, and last name as a .com (2002-2004) and .me (2011-2012) and endorsed similar creation of defamation websites under aliases referring to murder (187 slogan, 2009-2012) to promote a fraud that the victim was mentally ill and incompetent, a sociopath, a psychopath, rejcted his abducted child, and falsely described his job performance and employers to intimidate witnesses (2003) while the author was in physical possession of the child (2002-2005)."

"Upon these domains were letters instructing others and soliciting others to commercially pool money, sabotage the trademarks and brand names of the victim's firm, inclusion of the firm names in meta search data to attract their customers (2002-2004), and claims of an organized anonymous group of persons who alleged to be following the victim and menacing him for reporting his child's concealment - with information supporting the identity and actual details to corroborate the claims as having two or more participants and voluntary surrender of information to carry out this crime by several parties - all of whom were identified as business owners operating in competition with the victim and in relationships with each other in commerce."

The solicitation extended to physical offer of aid in murder and bodily harm (2002 Nov), physical assault immediately thereafter with injury by firearm, vehicular sabotage to commit murder and vandalism of witness property, telephone calls (50/day, hangups; 2011), extended multi-day denial-of-service attacks from foreign territories and the State of Texas against computer networks in the State of Oklahoma belonging to the victim's business, placing of dead animals on the doorstep of the victim (2013), theft of mail (to include court summons, 2002), physical following (2004) onto private property witnessed by other personnel, confrontations with criminal demands related the child concealment as conditional relief for unlawful money and equity in the business of the victim (2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012), and report of injuries to the child which were not communicated nor consent for treatment from the victim so ordered as required by the court while used in public claims to persuade support for the child abduction and concealment."
