The Ada Business NetworkAs of 2011 January, The Oklahoma House has suspended Ad Valorem taxation on intangible property with a $25 USD annual fee. This does not do away with the unconstitutional nature of Ad Valorem, but tables the issue of "taxation and lien on all ideas and patents, books, rights, and royalties".
Very much like the strategy used to justify the kidnapping of Magnus Vincent Petersen and 2003-2010 extortion of $42,000 USD without lawful trial or due process in DEFAULT JUDGMENT violating Federal Law (28 USC 1738A e).

May 8th 2010 Notice

As We Enter The New Year
I find it far more disturbing how the conduct of Pontotoc County in November impacted my 4th Quarter work, substantiating the decision to withdraw $7 million USD in funds from the State of Oklahoma citing regional corruption.
That a matter valued at no more than $250,000 in settlement has now cost the State 28 times that in recurring jobs under mismanagement by Howard H. Hendrick and Oklahoma Department of Human Services baffles me. Then again, that the OKDHS attempted to offer me "food stamps" rather than resolution of Federal felony wrongdoing by their office (28 USC 1738A e) in November 2010 deeply discourages me.
With National unemployment at 9.8%, and U.S. Debt at $14 Trillion USD, refusing to stop stealing $6000 USD each year and $2400 in interest ABOVE my income (a Federal felony, 15 USC 1673 b) it is no wonder taxes are going up. To pay for the services the OKDHS are stealing from Taxpayers by engaging in genocide and child trafficking, ransom, extortion, and kidnapping without trial or legal writ or lawful cause.
I don't look hungry, but I am. Which explains why some of my clients have paid with a meal rather than a $200 check for my time. And why I appreciate that meal more than money quite often. As I do a roof, clothes, and essentials. A prisoner of a criminal society for 9 years, watching my friends and family die one by one, some to abuse and neglect of the State (17 teeth rotted in the head of one applicant, I borrowed $6000 to save), I know shame for my people.
The suit I wear, of no signifigance though I wear it well, a trick of the camera and talent with digital imaging for 20 years. I am, as my business name implies, a shadow of a time when Americans were proud and deserving of that grace.
A far cry from the stoned rejects who hurl insults at me when I drink in peace, or put distance between a cigar or joint they are smoking, to spare myself the displeasure of a happy woman when I leave their company. And I, the villian, to comment on their date rape and beer pong culture, rife with socialist ambition, as it ignores my exploitation.
Likewise those that would sell me my family if I would only convert, and kneel before their God, as though I do not already have one of my own. Nothing, in this, is there a source of pride or class or worth to me or my peers.
But I yearn so much to share what I am working on, to tell of what I've discovered, and talk about what this could have been a lifetime ago - before the crimes that scarred a nation and marked a generation for economic sacrifice. Of real business, real science, and real discovery. Of art, and music, and light, and sound. All a lifetime of work. And I as poor as Vincent Van Gogh, and just as popular, while I still breath. Leaves to realize I must show, not tell, this generation. And do so knowing I set them aside by my works forever, sadly and with regret, as they did me. And judge also without reservation their apathy and arrogance when comes that due, or never see my world again.
For what was taken by force and 'under color of law' will not be returned on less than the point of a sword.
So the the making of swords, my business be.
