Given the severity of ongoing violent gang activity against legitimate incorporated businesses by unincorporated competitors, and habitual engagement in FRAUD AND THREATS against the organization & its business activities under the guise of commerce as documented in attacks spanning 2001 August to 2012 November covered under Federal Law as a Felony (18 USC 1513) and may be immediately responded to as the business sees fit to deter and defeat such felony fraud inciting violence against the staff and their property (76 O.S. 76-9). Especially in threats against the children of officers and sexual threats toward staffers by competitors or their agents.

Oklahoma Constitution §2-3 and §2-22 protect the firm against false libel claims by parties sending threats or falsely testifying against the firm as documented in 2001, 2003, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 prior evental conviction of the false accusers, where the threat toward our firm by the 3rd party is a felony activity (terrorism) or to cause injury to a child or family member of the firm or to its business in a premeditated criminal fraud.

No right to privacy exists in the exercise of BLACKMAIL, EXTORTION, CHILD KIDNAPPING, or threats related a child concealment violating a COURT ORDER OF PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF A CHILD already in place (2001-2012) or prior such order under 76 O.S. 76-8 and State Criminal Law (21 O.S. §21-891) denied substantial due process (28 USC §1738A.e) as repeated in threats pertaining a terrorist hoax to disrupt our business.

Deceit to suppress these rights or threaten witnesses to intimidate their testimony (18 USC 875) will be treated as criminal conspiracy to commit a felony and attempted injury to a child by our organization, and subject to justified response including public BAN NOTICES enforced with criminal trespassing charges, expulsion from property and events, supsension of all contact or right to communicate other than by formal physical U.S. mail to our attorney service, termination of benefits without refund, and public report for the protection of our members and their families due an established and ongoing criminal fraud with a history of felony commercial defamation and threat of murder.
