Due to felony stalking, threats of breaking and entering, and demands for property conditional to the return of a minor child now held in concealment violating a court order from 2001-2013 illegally, we do not produce our schedule or event list publicly.
This is directly the result of threats led by community members involved with competitor firms in The City of Ada and their associates in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Lewisville.
With 12 years of written stalking threats, wishing publicly we were dead or to 'scoop out our brain' as an alleged "joke" whlie attempting sabotage upon registered trademarks and businesses to further prolong the harming of a minor child, our staff do not find the behavior of Donald J. Beal, his employer ROBERT HALF TECHNOLOGY, or the VIRTBIZ.COM (Gehbardt Broadcasting LLC / Plano Community Radio) group hosting Mr. Beal's lostserver.net equipment as an employee along with hosted midwestguests.com and their client ("Ada Arts and Humanities Council") at all funny.
Efforts to falsely testify to the Ada City Police to libel while hiding these commercial relationships and employer-employee and partnership to supress report of a child kidnapping are textbook fraud (76 O.S. 76-4).
We think the child, taken by force and concealed August 11th 2001 in a planned kidnapping, in context to demands for money from a $50,000 American Express Centurion Banking credit line belonging to Shadowdancers L.L.C. at that time - mentioned in 2003 September threats and confession of child stealing (21 O.S. 21-891) by Donald Beal, would not feel this loss of a parent is a "joke" either. Nor the judge who ordered the child be SURRENDERED to James Allen in May 2002.
The family members of the child, including Orvil Price (Former Director of Valley View Regional Hospital, U.S. MP in World War II; owner of Witherspoon Finance and builder of "The Dorthy Price Addition" in Ada OK) would not either, had they survived the 2001-2013 ordeal and fraud which interrupted the Interstate Transport of the Child August 11 2001 in a scheduled and prior-approved ($10,000 secured) state-to-state move to settle in the City of Ada and meet the extended family that very day. Family who had prior entertained and welcomed the pregnant mother into their homes and exchanged gifts with their children just the prior year.
The injuries inflicted in the assault November 24 2001, which Donald Beal attempts to claim was imagined to shield himself from responsibility in the creation of a site calling for the murder of the defendant September 2001 and death threats by his daughter's mother just days before the attack.
The wound on the face is a barrel of a semi-automatic handgun used to punch the father, after which he never saw his own son again due to concealment by Veronica Petersen and Donald Beal in violation of a court order and threats calling for the murder of the father to conceal the child.
A photo of James Allen in 2001 holding his son in his arms after taking him home from the hospital (where he witnessed the birth of the child and was acknowledged as the father of the child by the mother, paying $10,000 USD for the full cost of the child birth and 9 months of prenatal care while supporting the mother solely upon his income as a Senior Software Engineer and allowing her to live with him under her promise of matrimony before the child was born or immediately thereafter).
Prior the birth, the mother took and concealed her daughter - whom James had raised with her since the conception of the second child - away to concealment as a form of punishment against the soon-to-be father.
This behavior, and claims that the father of the older female child was a rapist made to family members of the Petersen household, led James to fear his son would be kidnapped and concealed as well. The mother, after striking him without warning in a psychotic episode, admitted that she had never told the young girl's father she became pregnant, and maligned him before friends and family to ensure he would have no part in the life of the child. She repeated this pattern in the abduction of James' son, with criminal premeditation to protect her drug and alcohol abuse, lifestyle choices, and control over her children and friends.
Not only did James lose a son, but also a daughter he had raised for over a year in the August 11th 2001 abduction to conceal. The two year old girl had learned to speak, call him by his name, and the mother tried to make the child call him "Daddy" to further confuse the child as to her real parent against the objection of James - who wanted to protect the child from abuse and corporal punishment used in the Petersen home.
Efforts to resist the abuse culminated in the demonizing of James by the abducting mother and her ex-boyfriend (Donald J. Beal), to include public defamation of character and profession in combination with premeditated identity theft and soliciation for murder to conceal the child stealing of August 11th 2001.
James was an abused child from a broken home, obtained at birth from a 16 year old mother, who suffered tremendously for his intellect and was bullied. His entire life centered around the protection of his children from similar abuse, and the taking of his children without due process of any kind defined his life for the next 11 years (2001-2013).
Despite discrimination against his critical thinking skills that set him apart from classmates and put him at odds with teachers, James was determined to be a college reading level student in gradeschool (5th grade), entering the Individual Learning Opportunity (ILO / Advanced Placement Classes) at Hayes Elementary, followed by Psi Chi Honors in psychology with a 3.2 GPA college degree, ROTC experience, and bachelors of science in 1999. His efforts to help his foster grandparents and parents deal with Alzheimer's Disease led him to be driven and independent, opening a pubishing business at the age of 15 and incorporating an LLC at the age of 23. His first schedule C corporation was formed at the age of 34, and he maintains the role of network engineer and systems engineer per titles of Senior Software Engineer for Nortel Networks Wireless Engineering Tools Division and Telecommunications Administrator for Sykes Enterprises Incorporated as evidence of his aptitutde in multi-million Dollar business Enterprise technology lead roles. Despite these roles in 1999 and 2000, the kidnapping of his child and blackmail activity by the abductors destroyed his career through libel and defamation from 2001-2013, at a cost of $1.2 million USD in lost wages based on his $120,000/yr salary at Proceed Technical Resources of Plano Texas.
During the year the daughter of Veronica Petersen lived with him at his residence in Dallas County spanning the entire 9 months of his son's development and 75 days following the birth, before their abduction to Denton County - which was not truthfully reported in the false court filing to justify their concealment - the little girl was given a computer by James and treated like his own daughter.
The mother took the computer and used it to play 'Bejeweled' all day, often to the exclusion of the child (ignoring the little girl's cries for help as she sat in a flooding bathtub, neck deep, discovered by James as he came home from work in 2001) While all James could think about was comforting the child, the mother launched into a line of assertations that James would use this incident to "take her children away" and accuser her of being an unfit parent (as her own father did during the first year of the child's life) - revealing both aspects of attention deficit behavior and paranoid delusions with no evidence of empathy for the child over her own well being. James' mother, a pediatric M.D. whose first death was a drowned child, would never leave a child unattended near watter, and spent much of his first year with the child helping her to overcome a phobia of water created while in the care of the mother (near drowning) - carrying the little girl with him in the private pool of the complex as a reward for good behavior after coming home from work.
The mother was diagnosed as clinically depressed by her prenatal physician, and prescribed anti-depressants just prior the taking of the newborn 75 day old male child by Donald J. Beal and concealment with threat of murder thereafter committed by the Petersen family. She later wrote publicly that James "made her depressed" and attempted to claim she was being abused despite having a platinum American Express Card and $32,000 Nissan Maxima at her disposal on the days that James was at work, and borrowing $10,000 USD to pay her personal medical bills using the AMERICCAN EXPRESS CARD of James Allen (who had taken all leave allowed to help raise the child in the last stage of the pregnancy and witnessed the birth as the recognized and acknowledged father prior the abduction, letters of a sexual affair following this kidnapping, explicit photos to cause emotional harm and provoke a response usefeful in a court to commit fraud, and fraud in allegation of wilful abandonment of the children after threat of murder and termination of visitation by the abducting Petersen family.
The claims escalated aided by Donald J. Beal to allege James was "mentally ill" to cover the kidnapping, ransom, and threats of perpetual concealment with extortion demands and identity theft used to justify to the public the child stealing and 11 year consecutive failure to report the child's whereabouts, health, welfare, injuries, illnesses, and active obstruction of telling the child where his REAL FATHER was. This plan testified to in court in Pontotoc County by Donald J. Beal before judge Martha Kilgore Oct 31 2012, at which time Donald was released without penalty because the Judge and Ada City Police did not believe the severity of the crime or their Jurisdiction covered a child stealing in the State of Texas or Court Order issued by a Dallas County Court to provide protection or enforcement in the State of Oklahoma and Pontotoc County amid death threats and ongoing criminal fraud against businesses registered in the County belonging to James Allen.
The concealment continues as of 2013 June 12th, 11 years and 10 months consecutively.
The Texas AG has refused to prosecute Beal and Petersen, instead collecting $108,000 USD plus matching funds for the fraud from father of the abducted child and the UNITED STATES, in addition to threatening James Allen in writing with arrest on felony indictment for reporting the crime and as punishment if he does not pay despite no due process in the court proceeding, no right to face his accuser or hear any evidence in the proceeding, 10 years of failure to serve the defendant the resulting order in addition to refusal to enforce the return of the child so ordered therein on numerous demands by the father, and pattern of premeditated organized violence in the taking of the child. When challenged in class action by MARK BITARA v STATE OF TEXAS, the Texas AG plead "Sovereign Immunity" to evade a trial and this evidence.

That being said, the liberal extremists who threatened to hurt our owner's family for publishing TEA PARTY material and claimed to be members of the East Central University psychology and sociology program in criminal battery at The Vintage 22 May 10 2010 and later in threats of rape against female LLC staffers in 2012 September in conjunction with Donald Beal, Brian Young, and Alicia Scarbrough - are not welcome on this website and lend support to our continuing commitment to the Ada Tea Party and Konowa Tea Party citing "The Oklahoma Anti Terrorism Act (section 3 b)" and use of regional schools (Ardmore High School, in telephone threats by students/staff in 2011 during a criminal investigation) as recruiting avenues for domestic terrorists.
Because of those material threats supporting child abuse and promoting the violation of a court order in child kidnapping from 2007-2012, we do not accept degrees issued from the State Regents or other Academic Board from Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Michigan, California, or New York State programs as credit toward a job or employment requirements. This is our right as a business and civil disobedience to criminal instruction of syndicalism under the guise of academic programs and professional title.
It is our belief based on written threats by former Northwestern Oklahoma College associate professor Brian Young and documents discovered since 2009, that such degrees are baseless and immaterial to professional employment or qualifications by observed performance and State tolerance for criminal activity by those agencies in numerous criminal acts. The selling of degrees to persons engaged in child kidnapping and ransom activity disqualifies those programs from future consideration as legitimate measures of integrity and competence in our judgement.
Special thanks in this conclusion are attributed to Southern Methodist University and Women's Studies, due to direct sustained attacks on our networks and support for genocide in child taking and concealment in violation of a court order and without any due process, habeas corpus, or right to face the accuser in premeditated child kidnapping for perpetual concealment (28 U.S.C. 1738A e) and psychological abuse described under 18 U.S.C. 1091 and 18 U.S.C. 1961 in felony statues. Your attack was logged and because of this and claims to attempt to demean the parent of the child by students and faculty, your University and all Texas Regeants for Higher Education degrees will not be considered for employment in our current and future projects as lawful right to refuse contract and standing based on credibile acts of criminal interference in Interstate commerce. The prejudice and defamation by your staff and those of Tulsa University programs in this abuse has been remarkably sick and noted.
