If Your Project Is So Fragile...Then Why Continue It?

2011 February 8th
After 2006-2010, the firm is closing its studio to Texas and Oklahoma community talent - citing an organized and vindictive effort of Interstate criminal threats blocking major work in the area.
As of 2011, Beyond War is still in production, with release dates suspended due overt acts of sabotage in 2007 (Oct), 2008 (March), 2009 Oct, and 2010 (Feb, May, Nov). The firm considers these acts by regional competitors criminal and related a Federal felony complaint of kidnapping for ransom with blackmail and extortion attached. Linked by overt statements (in each prior case) to a group in Dallas Texas, Tulsa Oklahoma, Enid Oklahoma, and The City of Ada.

Law enforcement has been completely unresponsive, due to the nature of the media and technology, which they do not grant equal enforcement related its role as an "Entertainment" technology product and computer based. Prejudice against high technology data as a legitimate business and religous discrimination is cited by complaints as the core motive in this criminal extortion activity.
The project is now being distributed by Raccoon Technologies Incorporated, and developed by SDP Multimedia Group - the VFX division of the former Shadowdancers Digital Press, now known as Shadowdancers L.L.C. of Oklahoma.
