Defamation by suspected Aryan Brotherhood of Texas (ABT) Members


As we expected after our press release in February, the persons making remarks in line with policies of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas took steps to register the full legal name of the President of Raccoon Technologies Incorporated at Cogentco.com in Dallas Texas July 21st 2011. Repeating statements of overt personal defamation against our recovery of the abducted child, threats that the child was suffering from a serious medical illness, and taunts targeting the Beyond War project and its delay due to this 2001-2011 kidnapping and criminal Interstate stalking of our officers.

Claims including efforts to allege both the limited liability company developing the anti-eugenics video game Beyond War and the schedule C corporation publishing the game "did not exist" or were a fraud, were repeated in overt slurs to attack the publication of the project along ethnic and eugenic fitness lines. Admitting in these claims the child was abducted for purpose of concealment, that claims the father did abandon the child willingly were falsified before the Texas County court where hearing was denied and the defense refused the right to plea or seek remedy, and underlining a larger claim of criminal genocide by the State of Texas in policy now acknowledged as a national fraud by Turner vs Rogers (US Supreme Court, 2011 case 10-10, decision 5-4 citing policy of denial of due process in 4th Amendment violations nationwide). The site persists in claiming lack of visitation under public threat constitutes abandonment.

ABT members have adopted a policy of blending in, getting family units together using criminal threats and financed by gang activity, and these actions underlined in the language of Donald Beal supporting the concealment of the child of our President despite serious illness and denial of medical aid from his grandmother (a pediatrician) and great grandfather (former Director of a regional hospital) from 2001-2011. These false and fraudulent absurd claims then also aided by persons in association in the State of Oklahoma known to the firm since 2001 for death threats issued to our President (2002 Nov) during the child abduction, and by persons known to the firm to have issued demands for money ($2000) in 2009 Nov there repeating also the same false claims on behalf of Donald Beal.

Mr. Beal has prior 2003 September threatened our staff at Shadowdancers L.L.C. via the Internet, and made false and criminally malicious statements claiming Mr. Allen worked at a firm he names as Tek Systems, as well as false claims of insider information based on that allegation which have no basis in reality and are contrived claims to deflect attention from the kidnapping for ransom of the child.

Mr. Beal does attempt to deflect the damage done by the 2002 September to 2004 September registration for malicious defamation of the mental health of his victim during the kidnapping of the full legal name of James Arnold Allen and again (July 21st 2011) admit to this act in public notice repeating the abuse with a new domain and public threat to purposefully and for commercial extortion take out variations of the name and product brands to damage Shadowdancers L.L.C. and Raccoon Technologies Incorporated by name in pursuit of his demands for money on no due process and knowing violation of basic human rights. Criminal complaint has been entered in this matter and a formal complaint filed with the FBI.

Delays caused by criminal ransom of a child

Raccoon Technologies Incorporated apologizes for the inconvenience this abuse has caused our supporters, but cannot be held liable to the criminal defamation of the firm or threats against our family to suppress the release of this anti-war anti-eugenics themed game. Clearly, the safety of our families and children are of a higher priority than the delivery of the product or any further investment or development possible while this matter goes unresolved and denied all due process in the United States of America by State and Federal authorities.

Prior creditors have viewed the defamation by Mr. Beal and his associates, including their prior death threats in 2002 and injury resultant assault, contracts breached by persons taking advantage of this situation, and the formal documents of the company to establish the scope and intent of the criminal fraud alleged in this matter using a child.

Failure of the Governor of Texas Rick Perry or his associate District Attorney Greg Abbott, in pursuit of a Presidential bid for the 2012 national election, has made aid in this matter impossible from regional authorities despite damages in excess of $1.2 million USD in lost wages, significant permanent global defamation by the 3 year purposeful registration of the victim's name in connection to commercial fraud, and the documented efforts to directly sabotage the Beyond War project including industrial espionage.

Persons pretending to be graduates of East Central Univesity of Oklahoma and employees of a Fortune 5 firm did approach the company in July 16th 2011 seeking insider information and details on the development of the Beyond War product, and when refused did attack and threaten confiscation of company property using the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other legal action then taken July 21st 2011 after witnesses documented plans to execute this strategy July 19th 2011 by the same parties. Claiming in those documents the intent to silence the Beyond War project and its discussion and citation of The Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide on related websites.

This action then taking place by claim of unprovoked Internet harassment in criminal charge, in conjunction with Alica Scarbrough (McMahon) on July 21st 2011, on the same day that Donald Beal did then register the new website using the name of James Arnold Allen for purpose of commercial sabotage. There stating such intent openly and publicly, and then on July 25th 2011 attacking the servers of Beyond War and other company network applications for two hours over five times to disable communication and client access. Publishing then on July 29th 2011 further claims at patriot.lostserver.net in Dallas, Texas –the argument for these abuses which was also the origin of the attack (so logged).

Raccoon Technologies Incorporated is now seeking criminal prosecution of all parties involved, citing an ongoing and organized fraud to damage the investment, development, and relase of Beyond War. Complaint has been submitted to the local police of Pontotoc County, Oklahoma (USA) and to the regional Federal Bureau of Investigation citing the Interstate attack under 18 USC 1951 (Interference in Interstate Commerce) complaint – punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
