On 9-17-2012 at 01:57 hours I Officer Dewayne Campbell was advised of a phone call request from a James Allen. Upon making contact with Allen he advised me that he was being threatened and harassed by a subject and that this subject had stolen his company. I advised Allen that if he wanted to make a police report on the matter that he would need to come to the Ada Police Department. and write out a written statement. Upon his arrival at The Ada Police Department, Allen attempted to go into a long story and I advised him that he has made several reports in the past over all of that and that I just needed to write out what had occurred on this date. Allen stated that he had done a Internet search on his computer about a company named Cryptease and that. he found that his company was Listed as inactive on The Attorney General's website. I advised Allen of the agency to report internet crimes and he advised me that he has already report to that agency. Allen left the Ada Police Department at that time and was displeased with the answers that he received.

Allen later came back to the Ada Police Department and wrote out another statement that makes claims that people are blocking his his internet servers. Allen went on t.o say that he believes that one of the person that is harassing him is a subject that. claims to live in Wagoner, Oklahoma and that he runs a business called Reflection Photography.
