Beyond War sounds tough dude!

Here is Mr. Allen's most recent statement about his make-believe game 'Beyond War', we will analyse it and see why it is a waste of letters on a screen. This is quite a stirring tale of corporate espionage and sabotage! It is so scandalous that it surely has an audience to read this and believe it?

TERMS OF USE

Beyond War is a site designed exclusively for the use of persons of the age of majority, held to be 18 years of age, and of sound mind and legal competence. Persons failing to meet this criteria or offended by violence, war, geopolitical theory, concepts or speculation on alien life, religious or spiritual theology or themes in works of fiction or metaphors concerning established or known religious and philosophical views, or those persons who are emotionally or psychologically incapable of social and technical propositions and theories whether real or imagined works of creative fiction and media - are prohibited from using or accessing this site, the online game, or services and forums of the Beyond War product.

This is quite a disclaimer. He is stating that someone of 'sound mind' and legal competence must be able to use it, much less 18 years or older. Wow. People that are offended by his laughable list of offences are prohibited from using his site. So the basic premise of every Sci-Fi and fantasy setting, in the most broadest and general sense, can be too much for the average person? Or is it just his game? From what we have seen there isn't anything even vaguely offensive except for the plain fact that Mr. Allen is saying he is making it. Lame. YAWN!

This means, children are not expected or permitted access, and must cease and desist use or solicitation or other inspection or monitoring and interactivity with this publication. Due to the themes and content, which include questions of total unrestricted war and violence of a brutal and graphic nature, themes and plot devices including mass extermination and genocide, and related scenes and content portraying or arguing in support and against these issues to raise public awareness of their impact and potential threat on society - those persons too immature or sensitive to engage in these dialogs without suffering injury or trauma are refused permission to participate or utilize the media of the Beyond War Project.

Whoa! Sounds intense! I can only imagine the stuff he is saying could be in his game, it would be wonderful. So hypothetically, if this game were real and out there to be purchased, somehow Mr. Allen can restrict them from ever buying it if they are offended by these heady topics? Sounds very intense indeed dudes. I don't know if I handle it. Maybe a kitten with a pacemaker could, but dude, that is some righteous stuff there! He has gold in this if this is as grand as I envision...

The Beyond War Project is ethically and fundamentally opposed to racism, eugenics, discrimination based on gender or sexual attraction or practice, nationalism, religious imperialism, forced conversion, or any other form of hate speech or war crime.

So...this game doesn't exist then? Oh wait, we know that already. These hot topics must be so bad that NO game EVER has dealt with them. Heavy stuff. As a statement, it makes no logical sense since it contradicts everything else he has scarcely written about it on his old website. So what is his 'game' about? Puppies, kittens and rainbows in space? Nothing edgy or controversial Jimmy? Why so prude and conservative about these topics dude? It is the meat of a good story and setting and gives a million ideas to play with, oh well, talking to the deaf here.

However, because the story and plot touch upon these themes in strong and vivid use to invalidate and attack common issues of philosophy associated with the real world practice of such ideas, viewer discretion and limited access is required to comply with law. The controversial nature of a "war story" and conventional censorship in "entertainment broadcasting" related many countries views on The Holocaust, The October Revolution, The Cultural Revolution, Nazi and Aryan themes, and the present United States support for "Progressive" ideas in collective socialism - are discussed, and may offend some viewers.

Oh I see, now he is saying that the game touches on these themes. Aryan themes here? Aren't his stalkers in the Aryan Brotherhood? I am confused. So Mr. Allen is the first person to EVER related these historical events to something else since they occurred? Is the general public not ready for them and might have their psyches shattered in the process? Oh, it might offend others again, can't have that in a game! This game is starting to sound more and more like Angry Birds with spaceships instead.

While not immediately apparent, the context of the story does relate to confronting and eliminating this form of abuse in society as well as the acknowledged need for lethal force in defense of minorities combating oppression and genocide.

There we go again with 'genocide', he has to mention that because remember, he is a victim...of genocide...wait, he is still living and his people are not wiped out of existence by some combative method. But remember dudes, Mr. Allen's version of the word genocide and the rest of the world's is vastly different. It is very odd that he is a victim to it. Was he in Nazi Germany or Poland during the real genocidal events of the 40's? Nope. The Occupation of Korea by the Japanese? No. The attacks on the Kurds? No. The list goes on...so what event was he referring to here? The lost custody of Baby Boy Allen to his rightful mother after a legal court preceding? Yes, THAT is his meaning here, however vague and stupid it is.

* 18 USC §1030 - Just the fact that parties named herein are reading this site confirms they are committing a felony computer crime (unauthorized access to a computer or network), so documented in ongoing death threats sent to our office and published toward our clients to suppress Beyond War and regional commercial activity.

What people are illegally accessing a computer or network to view this? And how is that a felony crime? We don't remember reading about those kind of crimes existing. This is the vague world of Mr. Allen where the 'Allen Laws' exist after all, and anything is possible. Remember, there is no spoon to bend here in his world. No one wants to suppress his dumb pipe dream project because it doesn't exist and no one would gain anything if they did. There is an entire missing chunk of logic here that needs to be put in place to rationalize this caveat. By you, and us, reading his site, we have tripped the invisible lines of criminality and are now felons. Crap! My day was going so good too!
