Your ideas were infantile and poor but we spiced them up, added some adrenaline and lots of creativity, and now those races and technologies you thought you envisioned are now owned by us. I am one step away from telling our lawyers to have your www.beyondwar.com site shut down for infringement on our rights. Give me a reason not to. Surely you can dig through those endless laws, treaties and statutes to find something to save you? Well, not really...
See, you said you were working on this 'project' since 89 or was it 90? You change your story so often. At that point you were in High School still and had no access to advanced computing or the skills, much less the company you claim you have. The documentary history of your project is not consistent or realistic. You keep changing its 'facts' to suit your lies and forget that other people are watching and studying. Legally you have made a mess for your self in this. Because you do not want to post any play-test models, text group results, cataloging of setting and ideas to any extent, afraid that they will be stolen, you have also denied yourself evidence that it is in fact yours. You could easily and quickly fabricate anything you want, plant a date on it, and say it is your own if you needed. THAT is not how one retains legality of said materials. Where are your plans, designs, sketches? Don't have them? Yeah...

6.) Herr Magus Stryx is your alter-ego. A vampire that walks through walls and is ageless.
7.) You are a CEO and had connections to Fortune 500 companies, and a staff, and shareholders.
8.) That you 'investigate' and have 'security' on your premises.
9.) Famous, and productive, people in all industries talk with you in confidence.
10.) That you have the power to ignore accredited degrees from universities, and deny others their credentials.
11.) That you have the power to hire employees, screen them with intense background checks, etc.
12.) Your so-called business could benefit Ada and the U.S with untold millions of dollars of profits, through the nebulous idea of your unfinished and untried video game. A big 'what if'.

The email states that Deutch had taken Mr. Allen's game, Beyond War, and incorporated it into a new game called Pirate Galaxy. The email was sent at 2324 on 09112.
Mr. Allen came back to the police department at about noon with another email. The email again talks about the game that Mr. Allen created. The email further goes on to accuse Mr. Allen of being insane, a stalker and narcissistic. This email is 3 pages. Mr. Allen also gave me a printout chart detailing the events that have transpired since these incidents began in Sept. 2003.
