This seems so obvious to his many enemies and stalking victims, but to the unaware, Mr. Allen is a devious criminal and there is no getting around that fact. Jail is his best chance of fixing, to some limited extent, his mental illnesses and preventing him from being the menace he has been for so long. To set the 'table' here on this dudes, remember that he HAS TO pay the $6,000 to the DHS for Magnus this year or he will go to jail as a Deadbeat Dad - the very notion he abhors to the core. He had no 'Get Out of Jail' card, unless you consider Oompa Loompa or his dad coming to the rescue, but even they cannot bypass the ruling of the DHS Child Services department in the end.
To simplify, here are some of the logical reasons why James Arnold Allen needs to go to jail for a long time:
- He will be humbled, maybe a little, by being in such an environment. Seeing the same place day after day, bars, no freedom and no options for what to do, where to go, or who to talk to, would put him a little bit in reality again, if temporarily. Life outside the bars will not be wasted as he once had these last 12 years since his crazed online behavior started over Baby Boy Allen.
- It might become apparent to the Law and those representing him that he has serious mental illnesses that need to be addressed. Medication, counseling and proper help can be given to him once he is in a place that people can observe for themselves his behavior. To those who know him, we see it clearly, but in the legal system they shuffle people in and out of lock-up too often to notice. This would clue them in that our CEO fellow here is not playing with a full deck.
- No longer will he be a menace to his victims. He cannot post his libel, flowcharts and other rubbish in his continual efforts to demonize others. Although as exciting as he thinks it is, it becomes tedious and tiresome to his victims and knowing that he is put away would calm everyone down (and put this blog to a halt).
- Eventually Ms. Botelho will give up waiting for some means to spring him from jail and face up to the fact that Mr. Allen is trouble and a loser. She could do better if she lost some weight and gained some personality. She can pay her own bills and handle her own life for a change and not this scum-bag.
- Upon exiting jail he will be faced with a new world of problems of his own doing. He will need to make more money to keep up on the arrears of his Child Support in its never-ending cycle (because he kept it moving nowhere for too long), never fall back on his payments again, and mature a little from the experience, even change his narcissistic direction. Who knows? He may even become a doer and not a talker?
- Being in jail would put him in his place. Some call it 'karma'. He earned this by his defiant and mean-spirited actions over the years. The garbage he posted about people are not facts by any means, and they are not backed up by any evidence anywhere. He knows that his words on his victims are lies but he posts them anyway regardless. Just throw in a few flowcharts to validate them and he is done. James Arnold Allen is a terrible menace to society, but society just doesn't know it yet.
- Once in jail, his family, who disown him already, will take an even further back stance about him and see the trouble that he has caused and gotten into. He might even lose his borrowed time on the house he is in and be thrown out on the streets. That would force him to grow up and get his life together or else.
- We will all smile, hold parties and celebrate that he is there. Each day will be precious with him in there and away from his obsessive stalking. We will know that he is there too, unlike the recent time he was stopped for a DUI and was a jail for a brief time and no one knew, he made sure of it. This time we will know that he is sitting in an unhappy jail, in confinement, and causing no one trouble. That will be a great time!
