The one thing I forget about are your so-called 'witnesses' you act like are so important James Allen! You only mention them everywhere, as though these people, what is it 1-2(?) people, will have something to say that is able to be held up in court? I see you post about them on your vampirefreaks journal, and on all of your sites over and over, but you know what dude? When the time came last year, after them having to wait untold years to speak on your behalf guess what happened?
Judge Martha Kilgore denied them entry into court and not even a word! Yep, hilarious. That might indicate to a dull-witted oaf like yourself that these witnesses are not valid in a court of law. How many times do you quote laws and treaties? Oh yeah, ALL of the time, and yet you know NOTHING about the legal system and how is functions. See, unless those witnesses can witness a direct incident or event, a tangible one, and not just stand there to confirm your theories, they are meaningless in the court. Absolutely pointless to have there. Ms. Mack had no purpose there, she wasn't even a real PI. She was just sharing in your make-believe world, and until the judge said something, you guys all thought you could lie (and almost gain a Contempt of Court charge) to get Mr. Beal in trouble!
Boy were you wrong! Now, these witnesses CAN serve another purpose however. When you are brought to court and sued, they can stand on the questioning stand to confirm that you did or not write ALL of that libel online about everyone, because they DID witness that. If they assisted, and we know Oompa Loompa has, then they are also your accomplices too, and that condemns them in the eyes of the law. If Ms. Botelho lies to the judge and jury about your 12 years of posting libel, stalking and harassing people, then she too will be fined and put in jail, see how that works?
You also named a few other 'witnesses' over the years that would come running to your aid, where are they at? Ms. Chiles and a few others? I don't see them helping you dude. Besides, there is SO much dirt on Ms. Chiles that she won't even be able to be in court without her bench warrants putting her away. You have quite a winning crew there Jimmy boy. Everyone has joined you in fantasyland it seems and no one is a credible source of information. There are no corporate professionals aiding you in this? Why is that? Where is your legal help from being a CEO? A team of lawyers to rescue you? I thought being a big head of a 'firm' you would have scores of people there to snatch up your legal cases and shuffle it off to some department that specializes in it? You know, a sort of Shadowdancers Law or NCIS?
What I find funny is that in nearly all of your sites and posts you stress how crucial a place your witnesses will play when the day finally comes in court against your foes and what happens? They are not even allowed in the courtroom! They cannot be witnesses to delusional theories dude. What does that say about them? That someone would be dumb enough to stoop to lying for you in a legal setting? Perjury dude? That is a serious offense, added to the rest, and your narcissistic ass is writing a check that you cannot possibly pay. If they HAD been allowed in the court, they would both be slapped with perjury and contempt assuredly and taking the fall for you Stryx. How noble of you. Let the girls take the fall for you. Yeah, you are a wonderful person.
You have spent most of the last decade promising revenge and pay-back and instead you completely lost out in court, on the day you wanted it to matter the most! Hahahaha! If this doesn't tell you that something is wrong with you, what will? Maybe you are looking at this from the wrong side of reality and just haven't realized that YOU are the bad guy in this Mr. Allen? It is like a plot twist in a good story, but it isn't fiction. What is sad is that you will keep making these mistakes all the way to jail and wonder what happened and why did it all go wrong? DUH! Oh ye of little brain matter, you are so mentally stunted and ill that you will never see how insane you are, not until you are staring at the bars of a cell from the inside wondering what happened?
