Attention: The Right Kind and Wrong

Over the years Mr. Allen has posted endless photos of himself online, looking like an important CEO or messianic leader, and this makes us wonder, does he not want attention at all? He claims that everyone has tried to make him look bad...alright dude, so how are you making your situation better by these ridiculous photos and sites? How do you think people perceive you? Yes, you Mr. Allen, I am talking to you. This is Josiah and I have wondered what goes on in your twisted mind when you post this crap? No one could take you seriously with all of these photos, etc. 

You whine about your photos being altered and turned into memes, but you literally give us those photos on your sites. If you didn't want the attention, you would have scaled back your presentation online dude and emphasized your company or MMO more, when you HAD your MMO to talk about. That is old news now and part of Pirate Galaxy. The deal is done. I digress. I look at your WhoIs list of sites and find them redundant and pointless. Just a few domains would suffice, not 50+. That is overboard and out of control. Now, after so many years of rehashing the same stories and lies about us you develop these stupid flow-charts, thinking that they will do the job. They don't, except that they advertise that you have been obsessing on your targets far longer than any sane person should. Obsessions are occasionally fine but make no sense here, not when you claim THEY are the ones that are 'stalking' you. 

You go to events where you are not welcome, and are surprised that no one wants to be around you. What a genius. You talk crap about everyone, and slam the event and then expect entitlement. It doesn't work that way in the real world. No matter what your ego tells you, or your other mental illnesses, you do not seek negative attention only to expect positive from them afterwards. What an idiot. We remember the one event you went to wearing your stupid suit, with computer on hand at your table, pretending to be promoting your 'Beyond War', and all you did was walk around trying to appear important and better than everyone else, while playing Spore on your computer. It was lame. What did you accomplish in this? No one came to your table or cared, a few negative comments about your poorly made CGI samples were made by passersby people, and I think you even did a panel or two, lying to the audience. This was either Soonercon or Trick Con Treat around 2007-8. What did you gain from that attention? Nothing but resentment from everyone else around you, ashamed that you were there. Embarrassed actually. 

You are forever in this loop where you desire praise and attention from others, and yet you turn on them and make them enemies, so you get negative attention instead, over and over. Do you want to know what the flaw in your fame seeking is? It is you. Your life will be forever this pattern. Just last weekend at Soonercon 22 a small test was done, to see how much people know about you. Your name was mentioned often, and people had 'heard' of you, but in a fully negative way. They heard about how you stalk and harass others and spoke bad about the con. Oddly, we didn't ask where they heard these facts but they were right. See, bad reputations travel faster than positive. Sure people are talking about you, but laughingly and sarcastically. No one takes you seriously. After your stunt of appearing there last year, everyone was ready again, planning on teaching you a lesson about going where you are not wanted. NO ONE RESPECTS YOU MR. ALLEN.

Another thing you have a bad habit of doing is mingling with authors, stars, etc at events, trying to be in their crowd and soak up their fame and importance. When this backfires you place them in your many conspiracies assuredly. It is disgusting. John Ferguson is one of many that has declined in communicating with you because you are embarrassing to associate with publicly. Dude, if you want to have positive attention, do positive things, earn it, don't borrow it from those who have done their time. You have no accomplishments worth mentioning that will give you instant fame and recognition by peers. None. You are so incredibly mentally ill that you cannot see this. Sadly, you had the potential once but lost it. The window of that is now passed. When guests are at the conventions they do not want wackos hanging on their coat-tails trying to be just as important. 

Until you stop giving us photos, flow-charts, conspiracies and your constant name-dropping and accusations, we will never stop in our counter campaign to right our names and reputations after you libel them. The vicious circle will not stop until you do. Only then will it end. Yes, your sites are checked often by us, but it is only us mainly, and we do so to find out what new crimes you say we have done, or to laugh at your rants and completely wrong information. Attention. You have it but it won't be positive ever at this rate, not after a decade of libel, slander and harassment. You Mr. Allen are a loser of the lowest caliber.

It's a hell of a lot easier to show you what happened than tell, since the nature of the threats (murder, bodily harm, violence) in violation of Oklahoma Law (76 O.S. 76-8) and a court order from 2002-2013, don't do justice to the confusing use of fake names, anonymous threats, and creation of websites to promote the child's concealment and incite public animosity and violence against the father of this child including commercial sabotage (18 U.S.C. 1513) to deprive the paternal family of their legal rights and isolate the witnesses and child from the parent and law enforcement systematically. To participate despite prior knowledge and notice in such activity, even once or in a limited degree, is to fulfill the criteria for felony conspiracy kidnapipng in extortion (18 U.S.C. 1951; 1961). Officers of the law who refuse relief or investigation likewise, like those acting to collect monies in spite of this abuse, fall under Federal felony statutes (18 U.S.C. 872) in knowing violation of human rights (18 U.S.C. 242) and acts deemed war crimes (18 U.S.C. 249, in context to 1201 and 1202 violations and psychological abuse to deter children to the victim in interference in interpersonal relationships and sexual reputation or presumption of sexual classification to alienate or isolate a victim).

Dude, we do not need to classify your sexuality to alienate or isolate you, you have done a splendid job of that on your own over these years. Your sexual 'classification' is just icing on the cake of what you are. Hey, for not telling, you have still included the same run of crimes here dude. Amazing. Since when do you state crimes, laws and statutes? You are not a lawyer, legal scholar or anything else related but you act like it. Magnus is gone, out of your life, deal with it. False Incrimination - Read This Well Mr. Allen

TRENTON — The state Senate today approved legislation that would increase the criminal penalties for people who falsely accuse someone else of a crime.

The bill (S1878), passed 36-0, would make it a third-degree crime to provide law enforcement with false information in order to implicate someone else.

Third-degree crimes carry prison sentences of three to five years, a fine of up to $15,000, or both. False incrimination is currently a fourth-degree crime, which carries up to 18 months imprisonment.

The bill would also increase the penalty for falsely reporting a crime that did not occur from a disorderly persons offense to a fourth-degree offense. The changes are intended to deter false reports that waste public resources.

An identical bill is pending before a committee in the state Assembly.

Read this well Herr Magus Stryx, Oklahoma is able to take your accusations and turn them back on you if we so choose. Very soon we might decide to finally reverse your false charges and incriminations and get you put away. You are a sick person indeed and have a long way to go before you are normal in society or to any degree again. You are in enough trouble already and it will get worse with this. Here are some suggestions to avoid this mess Mr. Allen:

• Take down ALL website references to your stalking victims. This means all mention of them by name or vague reference (we know who you are talking about). Just one hint of this and sites like this will not go away EVER. 
• Pay your Child Support and stop attacking the 'Deadbeat Dad' law, because you are one and won't admit it. If that $6,000 is paid you are off the hook on this for a while and won't be raped in jail after all.
• Seek counseling for your problems. Admit you have them and find help to control your paranoid and delusional thinking. It impairs your ability to reason and socialize, thus denying you friends and prospects.
• Stop obsessing on everyone and what they might be doing, saying, posting, etc. THAT leads to stalking, a crime you are plenty guilty of Mr. Allen.
• Actually DO things like build your computer game, design it, test it, etc. We have had enough of your talk for a decade over this stuff, they are pipe dreams full of hot air, driven by narcissistic ideas.

Allen in mother's previous activity and alias (Sex Kitten) and by other alleged witnesses claims upon 2009-2012 publications as self-described "victims" involved in "childrens charities" contrary their leadership in BDSM lifestyle events for Tulsa OK while posing in "The Gazette" as a child-friendly performer for public events using "Ghostbusters" and "Star Wars" properties there to draw under-age fans to later adult-only entertainment (venue shows using identical costumes worn for children at Soonercon and other events linked directly to the Scarbrough businesses in Okalhoma and Arkansas targeting children; and programming formats for such events mirrored at OCTOPODICON LLC and BEAUTIFULLY BOUND 3 events in 2012 due common staff).

Oh yes, the convention conspiracy is at it again it seems. Luring those young children into something dangerous by movies, that old trick. Strange how you were never present at ANY of these events first-hand to know what went on. There are only hundreds of witnesses that can testify this if needed ever Mr. Allen. Never once did we see you there, instead we read online about sordid and questionable it was by an exiled lunatic in Ada that was never invited...yeah, and you wonder why Judge Kilgore laughed you out of court? Police are confused because they cannot differentiate a public notice from contact with the abuser, and assume such notice constitutes invitation for comment or direct communication with the person alleged to be the assailant in the public notice, despite history of violence and injury to include child abuse (concealment, fraud to the child to conceal reason for parents failure to appear or make contact under duress and domestic violence circumstances).

So how is this contact 'unsolicited'? You do so often, and had in the past. The interwebz is just that, a free place to communicate without soliciting channels. The police do not care, this is not their concern, only those off of the interwebz, unless of course there is some bad dealings with minors online, and we know you don't do that at the least Mr. Allen. The stalking and libel you do to us all is a civil matter requiring lawyers only, not police. We know, we checked into it all.

Using in this case and 2011-2012 fake names to evade conviction and false filing under false names with registrars to obtain jamesarnoldallen.com and jamesarnoldallen.me in 2002 and 2011 (identities and addresses of businesses that D. Beal worked for or served as a systems analyst or network administrator). Special consideration is due the .me domain, as only a person LEGALLY ENTITLED TO THE NAME may register, and such registration constitutes true and proper IDENTITY THEFT under Federal Law.

Brand? Brand? Racoon Technologies is a brand? Wow. Quite a claim. We know it as the fictional corporation from the popular 'Resident Evil' series, a part of the Umbrella Corporation, that engineered a biological weapon that created a global plague of zombies. Not some wacko in Ada's so-called company. The letter from Mary Rounds is not a cease and desist and was denied. In fact, HOW MANY times were you sent actual cease and desist letters from your many stalking victims over the years and you ignored them all? Dozens of times. Too bad, it does go both ways here and you are the guilty party. Domain names can be bought by anyone and be anything, a name, place, etc if the buyer chooses, your name can be used just as freely, and has apparently. Get over it dude. You make enemies and you suffer the consequences in turn, it is a part of growing up and haven't yet. 

Clearly, the transgender claims are as much a form of libel as the "mental illness" fraud and hoax, and are designed to confuse the public to distrust all negative reporting as wrongdoing despite libel being defined as:

What is defamation?
False and untrue communication published with the specific intent of injuring another person's reputation
Injured person must be identifiable
Libel - written form of defamation; Slander - oral form of defamation

You have done ALL of these to your victims over the years Mr. Allen, yes, you are accurate here on this. We wish you would stop please. 

Use of a well known nickname or portion of the victim's domain name to describe the victim in context to threats to take property or deprive them of civil rights by premeditated plan sets robbery, blackmail, and extortion apart from and above libel as a felony crime. Report of crime or allegation where no remedy or relief is offered to stop violation of rights or prevent harm to a loved one (family member, employer/employee, business identity by proxy to such employment security where legally permitted in notice or release of information deemed pertinent) shall be protected (OK Con. II-3 and II-22; 76 O.S. 76-8). Use of the well known nickname of the victim in this case makes this act little more than ongoing evidence of blackmail to extort possession of a child, trademark, $250K USD in profit by theft, and fraud against the community in ongoing Domestic Terrorism (Oklahoma Anti Terrorism Act section 3(b) - Business disruption by hoax using violence or false claims).

Dude, you will only get relief when you stop stalking and lying about your victims and seek counseling for your mental illnesses. Domestic terrorism? First you need to show that your so-called company was prospering before these alleged 'attacks' and then its decline as a result of them all. Can you do that? No. Again, there is absolutely NO crimes being committed against you dude, none at all. There is a reason why the authorities ignore your stupid pleas. The local authorities are tired of hearing from you, trust me I know living in Ada too. Creation of websites for public view, paired with posting of such URL in public prior to posting communication to the victim (done also, in follow up to show power to inflict harm and solicit dialog with the victim thereafter to obtain some complicity under duress, and attacks upon sexual orientation (of a person, without their consent) rather than criticism of lifestyles or obscenity regulations and protections to include ORDERED RIGHTS TO INFLUENCE AND DECISIONS REGARDING THE UPBRINGING OF A CHILD AND ACCESS TO THEIR WHEREABOUTS, HEALTH, AND WELFARE INFORMATION INCLUDING CONTACT AND AWARENESS OF THEIR PARENT AND RESPECT FOR THAT PARENTS VIEWS AS LEGITIMATE are evident in this case. Failure to offer criminal protection of law is also evident and a crime under local, State, Federal, and International law. Denial of the crime upon report or to intimidate or suppress witnesses (verbally, economically, or by violence or threat of violence - with aggravting circumstance for sexual violence as part of such threats and collaboration of parties where such threats are reported) are serious crimes (war crimes, even and especially when committed by citizens against citizens or government against its own citizenry - and where aggravated by multi-year denial or accessory are high crimes with no statute of limitations).
