Discovery of the purposeful duplication of the page to falsely submit it to search engines in a criminal plan to damage and defame recovery of a concealed child, was made August 2 2013.This ongoing directed harassment activity spanning August 1-2 2013 originating from servers in Dallas TX associated with our prior research into fraud and criminal activity in the Japanese American business ties of Michigan and Texas carriers linked to this abuse. It is our legal position this activity represents industrial sabotage of a foreign owned corporation against domestic firms using partners in U.S. States and unlawful business practices observed and documented physically in the August 2013 attack.

Attacks from Cogent Communications (72) were recorded, in context to this threat, from their IP addresses, and linking their employee in letters of threat to force us to take down our content by use of the legal name of the targeted party hosted upon servers in Texas.

Claims in this plan in 2012 and 2011 included $250,000 USD extortion of our trademark, endorsement of descriptive criminal injury, and of threatened sexual assault on a British Citizen, which is the purpose for our increased security and handling of felony stalking activity in our area. We have removed the content being unlawfully duplicated and redirected, in preparation for legal action against those firms whose assets were used in this abuse of privileges and extortion activity, so that the evasion to excute copying for foreign hosting is terminated immediately and alteration of such content for commercial or concealment purposes is immediately arrested.
