It is our belief this behavior impacted the East Central University of Oklahoma staff to dismiss the threats being published to come to Walmart and rape our witness (female, graphic detail in 8 letters sent Sept 11th to 23rd 2012 of sexual assault to claim proximity and knowledge and identity of those employees close to the victim as author of these threats in commercial sabotage activity and stalking), followed by the murder of an ECU student in Fall 2012 by another student (who was asking for assistance to reach Walmart repeatedly prior killing the man who offered to take him there). We believe that the family of the slain student is entitled wrongful death compensation for this behavior and conduct, which contributed to reports of threats and dismissal of other student's complaints about the murder suspect prior the local murder.

What a wild conspiracy and accusation. Rape? In connection with ECU? No way dude. Sounds scandalous. Too bad it is all made up in his twisted mind with no truth or evidence to support it (as usual). Dude, EVERY Wallmart is the same, someone can describe one and cover them all at the same time if needed. After the murder, the threats against our office went silent until February 2013, when a dead animal was placed on our doorstep. March 30 2013 attacks on four distinctly separate server networks associated with RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED were traced to users employing the names (aliases) in the threats of 2007-2012 and 2009-2012 hate site. These attacks damaged Norman Computers client products at SERVERBEACH, and attempted to damage customer accounts of Oklahoma businesses in Purcell OK and Chicago IL, as well as servers hosted in Pontotoc County Oklahoma. The close timing of the attacks Sunday June 30 2013 after the formal close of SOONERCON in Midwest City, and cancellation of TREK EXPO in Tulsa OK without refund or notice (evidence upon JediOKC in April shows knowledge of the event closure despite no formal notice) further indicate ties to the convention-related activity of the group responsible and supported by MIDWESTGUEST.COM (a dba of Alicia Scarbrough, of Ada OK, hosted at the VirtBiz.com server network in Dallas administered as of Sept 2011 by Donald J. Beal).

Oh yes, the convention scene and us are inextricably tied together. Obviously. Since they reject you and do not want you around, it is natural to assume this, added to the many years of accusations and libel you posted online about them...duh. You are a genius...not. This paragraph is conspiratorial rubbish is really lame. Both Soonercon and the Trek Expo have no business with you Mr. Allen, they never did, so let it rest. Their problems and politics (if any) have no connection to you in your fantasy world. Who ever these interwebz hackers are seem quite good and know their stuff but they have no link to us. Why would they? The internet is full of crazies and dangerous people - case in point YOU! Why would we, your stalking and libel victims, do such things? The nature of the threats, and context to such relationship and ongoing sexual HATE CRIME language and unsolicited contact to deliver threats during a child concealment further underlines the need for FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT or INTERNATIONAL INDICTMENT of those parties responsible for the failure to SURRENDER AS ORDERED the child named in court order No 01-17702-R and use of false SEXUAL ORIENTATION claims to further the "mental illness" fraud perpetrated by Beal, Young, and Scarbrough actively for 12 years in child stealing (21 O.S. 21-891). The acts appear to be retaliation against a heterosexual male biologicla parent by a deviant familiar with TRANSGENDERDATE.COM and other sites (Lansing MI), aided by promoter(s) of BDSM themed events in Tulsa OK (Beautifully Bound 3) and New York State (VampireFreaks.com VIP Alicia Scarbrough), and for the concealment of a minor child in a community that is embracing of polygamy and fetish / transgender for-profit activity in exclusion of all parental rights of the heterosexual monogomous father who supported the child from conception to abduction (3 months of age) and was refused all due process and remedy by State and Federal officers due organized concealment and fraud in this child taking activity violating the court order (child stealing, 21 O.S. 21-891, a felony).

'Sexual Hate Crime' sounds so seedy and bad doesn't it? Yeah, if I were trying to accuse people this would trigger a response surely. I mean the three words alone cause dread. Dude, stop going to transgender sites and looking for someone, that will stop that problem instantly. Beal in joint claims (2003 Sept) and consistent criminal acts together (July 2011, Nov 10 2012 Young+Scarbrough business threat alleging targeted businesses 'imaginary' on RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED public commercial page in ongoing vandalism activity supporting 18 U.S.C. 1513 violations.

So this alliance between Young & Scarborough targeted 'imaginary' businesses, or were they saying your businesses were imaginary? Which is it? It makes no sense as usual. Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy, back to building more conspiracies and lies again we see. It takes you minutes to compose the usual crap. He is back on his ranting site going at it again. There is nothing like having my morning coffee, reading the stocks and looking over www.adaok.org for my daily laugh. It beats the tabloids and other forms of media without comparison. Mr. Allen has developed some fresh crazy ideas over the years that astound and shock, but this is due to his mental illnesses of course, no sane person could ever produce this level of lunacy without years of hard work. Mr. Allen is just good at making crap up, unfortunately, it is stuff that is useless and makes enemies and he cannot make a living on.

The same party who sent extortion letters to our firm July 15 2011 prior a July 21 2011 false criminal complaint to execute that demand for "partnership" and blackmail attempt, punctuated with the creation of "jamesarnoldallen.me" by Donald J. Beal July 21 2011 and 8.3 million ICMP packet flood (120 minute measure, from patriot.lostserver.net at VirtBiz.com in DALLAS TX under ROBERT HALF TECHNOLOGY administration July 25 2011) posting defamatory hate speech (18 U.S.C. 249) there visible July 29 2011: 

Followed by unsolicited unwelcome face-to-face demands February 2012(Tulsa OK, Re:Mission Entertainment public concert for VNV Nation) 

Followed then by written threats September 2012 to conceal a child and for $250,000 false sale of property and theft of trademark registered in the State of Oklahoma, including description of murder of JAMES ARNOLD ALLEN and solicitation of the public to send him "gifts" on this act to show support for robbery and extortion in child kidnapping (see Feb 2013 dead mole). 

Followed then by threat of rape of a Walmart Inc. store employee, describing her workplace and physical following and contact in threats from a yahoo address created for this purpose, endorsed in public description of plan to commit "robbery" endorsed by DONALD J. BEAL on FACEBOOK.COM. 

Did June 30th 2013 send more unsolicited letters to RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED to vandalize their website with sexual defamation claims, and a URL at GOOGLE INC. subsidiary created solely for this purpose identical to the 2009-2012 extortion website by myluv_187@yahoo.com and myluv187@gmail.com in like fashion. Then did send a private written message of the same nature to the owner of RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED at approximately noon (1 hour later) to repeat the threats. And did then undertake an attack upon the servers of RACCOON TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED in Ada OK on the AT&T Network using a rented server on a vendor of the company to carry out such attack consisting of 2 megabit-per-second automated copying for illegal republication of content in violation of the terms of service and to cause loss of service to telecommunications systems of the firm and of SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. (SDP Multimedia Group) including telephone and email systems at approximately 4 p.m. CDT.

Such acts undertaken using a new alias similar to the "JOSIAH DEUTCH" alias used in 2011-2012 threats, using the prior registered well known name of the victim in the URL of the website alleging sexual orientation and sexual deviance to deflect attention from the child concealment and extortion and blackmail activity - and to damage purposefully the career and public standing and public trust both personal and professional in the targeted person (18 U.S.C. 1513) in a pattern of prior abuse.

As you see, it took Wacko no time to renew his usual rants and accusations to the world, expecting everyone to believe him. He loves throwing around the words 'rape', 'extortion', etc. Dude, this is no alias, I AM Josiah Deutch, there is no one faking it here, WYSIWYG, deal with it. This charade of yours is long since expired. Today, I will analyze his newest posts and see what he is up to...and then laugh my head off about them.

Hey Dude, Take Notice, We are Talking About You!

Mr. Allen, this should make your ego shine, we have been busy here talking all about you and your wondrous delusions and stalking efforts. Someone is paying attention to you...a little. Not because we are stalking you, but because we want to see what lies and conspiracies you are name-dropping us into this time, it is always something new and outrageous. We never knew we were involved in the Aryan Brotherhood, child sex trafficking, extortion, murder and all of the many other stupid crimes you are fond of blaming on us all, news to us I must say!

How much longer are you going to persist in this harassment, lying and stalking of us all? We have been so tired of your behavior and actions that we would love to see it end soon, mainly so we can get on with our lives and be happy knowing that there isn't some degenerate lunatic in Ada typing away on his computer about us. Your stories, fabrications and complex plots involving us almost amaze us, they underwhelm all of us each time. Yawn. I can tell you safely that 99% of what you have written about is...wrong. Saturday morning at a friend's home in OKC, about to return to Soonercon 22

Overheard at Soonercon 22 this weekend was the disturbing news that Mr. Allen may have attempted to make an unwelcome appearance AND that he was there to 'kill Kim Chiles'. Killing her for what we do not even know or imagine since she was one his 'witnesses' to his conspiracies and imaginary crimes, and old school mate from High school. Even more of a twist, it was said that she was planning on getting a Protective Order against him! We do not know how true all of this is and cannot confirm it, but it does ring well with what we know. Eyes were out looking for the presence of Wacko...I mean. Mr. Allen all weekend at the convention but fortunately there was no Worm Sign. The meme posted here on Friday about banning him from the con was passed around security at the hotel, so his face was well known if his terrible reputation wasn't already. 

His many stalking victims were present at the convention as guests and seemed to have had no problems all weekend. You would imagine that if Mr. Allen was such a great and influential person in the gaming or publishing industry that he would have been there, or to continue ranting about his 'Beyond War' nonsense. He wasn't though and that was great! In fact, we remember his many old posts about how he did these legendary 'panels' in the 90's about the computer game industry and how important that he made them sound (and ground breaking and oh so important) and then we remember too that they usually won't just give any lying fool a panel to speak on unless they are proven to be fairly well-experienced in their subject - and by the 90's Wacko was still in High School with NO experience in anything except for being a mentally disturbed little boy. We remember Soonercon in the 90's, we were there, and he wasn't in that capacity. We did meet him a few times and thought he was a nut then too. He was unable to get a game together, and wanted to LARP White Wolf stuff all weekend, there was NO talk of his computer game project or anything like it. NONE. 

There hasn't been anyone so reviled as Mr. Allen in the Oklahoma convention scene. There are lots of quirky types, odd people and weirdos a plenty, but they are harmless and part of the scene making it fun. Mr. Allen is a different breed of crazy. He cannot simply step down from his high throne of narcissism or delusion long enough to be back on earth with the rest and take part, no, he has to continue his insanity with no end in sight, until he drives away everyone, and he does. You know someone must be bad when the nerdy scene rejects you! The gamers and fans and all others within are a very open crowd of like-minded people, accepting and fun, but with crazies like Wacko there is NO toleration. He is too mentally ill to mingle or socialize with, a fact he has proven again and again over the years. I can safely say that Soonercon did not miss him, or notice he was gone. So we are left with the unanswered questions of: did he actually make a daring appearance? Was he trying to kill Ms. Chiles, one of his 'witnesses'? We just don't know, and don't care either. 

Ahhhh, the life of a Hipster is tough, especially in space.
