A Rant Letter to Mr. Allen - Just Because.

Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy, you keep forgetting that you are a nobody, a non-entity, that has no influence on local, regional or national events. People walk passed you without knowledge of who you are, and if they do know, it is because of your terrible reputation as a crazy. You can't win Jimmy. By your nature, you have made your life a joke and cannot avoid it. The rest of us stop pretending we are things we are not after a time, usually in our 20's but you haven't. No one is convinced of your stories, can't you see that? No one cares about your claims, it is action that represents you not words, and those are in endless supply. Being a nobody, you should have a clue as to how everyone else prospers and does well in life because you have witnessed them do so in your constant stalking. Have you learned anything yet Jimmy?

You do not have a company or a CEO to one, it is all make-believe. You make no money, no services, have no customers and possess no products. You were laughed out of court recently by a judge set to handle your claims of Mr. Beal stalking you...as ridiculous as this sounds, you believed in your insanity that it was true. A claim so stupid that even you had no time to understand that he had to make a LONG drive from another state just to appear, and that alone should have told you that this charge of yours was going to fail, but no, it didn't, you were too insane to see it. Now, you are the laughing stock of Ada legal authority more than ever before after this. How does that feel Mr. Allen? (We think it is hilarious).

We are so tired of you trying to sound important online in various places, one example is the Trek Expo article. You have nothing to tell the police wacko, no conspiracies involving us or the other boogeymen in your sick mind, the convention closed for reasons unrelated to you believe it or not. The police are going to be annoyed by you and nothing more if you contact them. They will ask for evidence of your claims and guess what...you won't have it. We dare you to contact the Tulsa police, it seems you want to be made a fool by the law over and over and we won't stop you. Is it turning into a habit that once a year you must invite ridicule on yourself from the law? 

No one is afraid of you, no one takes your words seriously, and if they do, they need help too. You are a speck of dust in the world and nothing more Jimmy. There is nothing important that you do or have done to give you value, not even bringing Magnus into the world. The boy is mentally incapable of being on his own in his older years. Where did he get it? You 100%. Ms. Peterson regrets ever knowing you, as does everyone else. You really have no friends or social life and never will. Hiding out in your step mom's house is your own smart course of action, unfortunately you defeat this action by stalking online and making libel accusations of your targets, thus making you even more a worthless being. 

There is nothing you can give the world that it doesn't already have, and in great quantities. Your so-called expertise and business are meaningless and serve no one but your ego in the end. There are no customers of James Arnold Allen, there never has been. We have yet to find them out there. What does that say Jimmy? It says that you are living in a fantasy world where all others are enemies, or potential ones, and anything triggers your paranoia and narcissism. Anything. How many times and ways can you be told and shown that you are a sham? A fake? A fraud? Really, is it that difficult? There must be some doubt deep down inside your crazed mind that what you say and do are wrong. You keep it hidden and never show it publicly, but eventually it must show itself. How many more times will you get laughed out of court or banned from events before you realize it isn't others but yourself? 

Ms. Botelho is really an idiot. For her aiding you in your many years of libel and stalking, she can be tried in court as an accomplice when the time comes. After all, she is paying your bills and giving you transportation and making sure your daily needs are met. This sounds like she needs to be deported back to England if possible, to rid of her criminal actions in your company. The loyal slut needs a humbling. She doesn't seem to understand how mentally disturbed you are and that she is a large part of the crimes you commit. Dumb girl, very, very dumb girl. When we see her at Wallmart we silently laugh, knowing that she must be the caregiver to a 37 year old nut at home. Next time, I will ask her how you are doing, just to see her response. This should be fun.

What I do here about you is nothing compared to your own actions, I am merely adding some levity to your otherwise regular insanity. You are giving me the fuel to operate by Mr. Allen. There are so many levels of crazy with you that it takes some time to cover it all thoroughly. You really are completely nuts and that makes for good humor since you cannot see it. You are so blinded by your own existence that you miss the world around you. We only supply the extra bits to what you provide in profuse amount. How many more years are you going to continue the same lies and delusions before you finally stop? Is your retard energy so much that it propels you beyond the point of exhaustion to keep going? You have the IRS and OKDHS after you for your lies and false reports, and there is the looming chance soon of going to jail (Yay!) also, but yet you press on. Once you go to jail, and you will, we will celebrate. We will hold a large party and imagine you huddled in some cell with other inmates trying to convince them of your delusional ideas...let's see how long that lasts! 

LLC = Limited Lunatic Creep - Not the Same Meaning as He Pretends

A limited liability company (LLC) is a flexible form of enterprise that blends elements of partnership and corporate structures. An LLC is not a corporation; it is a legal form of companythat provides limited liability to its owners in the vast majority of United States jurisdictions. LLCs do not need to be organized for profit.

A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a hybrid business entity having certain characteristics of both a corporation and a partnership or sole proprietorship (depending on how many owners there are). An LLC, although a business entity, is a type of unincorporated association and is not a corporation. The primary characteristic an LLC shares with a corporation is limited liability, and the primary characteristic it shares with a partnership is the availability of pass-throughincome taxation. It is often more flexible than a corporation, and it is well-suited for companies with a single owner.

LLC members are subject to the same alter ego piercing theories as corporate shareholders. However, it is more difficult to pierce the LLC veil because LLCs do not have many formalities to maintain. So long as the LLC and the members do not commingle funds, it would be difficult to pierce its veil. Membership interests in LLCs and partnership interests are also afforded a significant level of protection through the charging order mechanism. The charging order limits the creditor of a debtor-partner or a debtor-member to the debtor’s share of distributions, without conferring on the creditor any voting or management rights. Limited liability company members may, in certain circumstances, also incur a personal liability in cases where distributions to members render the LLC insolvent.

Flexibility and default rules

The phrase "unless otherwise provided for in the operating agreement" (or its equivalent) is found throughout all existing LLC statutes and is responsible for the flexibility the members of the LLC have in deciding how their LLC will be governed (provided it does not go outside legal bounds). State statutes typically provide automatic or "default" rules for how an LLC will be governed unless the operating agreement provides otherwise.

Similarly, the phrase “unless otherwise provided for in the by laws” is also found in all corporation law statutes but often refers only to a narrower range of matters.

Disadvantages

Although there is no statutory requirement for an operating agreement in most jurisdictions, members of a multiple member LLC who operate without one may run into problems. Unlike state laws regarding stock corporations, which are very well developed and provide for a variety of governance and protective provisions for the corporation and its shareholders, most states do not dictate detailed governance and protective provisions for the members of a limited liability company. Thus, in the absence of such statutory provisions, the members of an LLC must establish governance and protective provisions pursuant to an operating agreement or similar governing document.

It may be more difficult to raise financial capital for an LLC as investors may be more comfortable investing funds in the better-understood corporate form with a view toward an eventual IPO. One possible solution may be to form a new corporation and merge into it, dissolving the LLC and converting into a corporation.

Many jurisdictions, including Alabama, California, Kentucky, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas, levy a franchise tax or capital values tax on LLCs. (Beginning in 2007, Texas has replaced its franchise tax with a "margin tax".) In essence, this franchise or business privilege tax is the fee the LLC pays the state for the benefit of limited liability. The franchise tax can be an amount based on revenue, an amount based on profits, or an amount based on the number of owners or the amount of capital employed in the state, or some combination of those factors, or simply a flat fee, as in Delaware. Effective in Texas for 2007 the franchise tax is replaced with the Texas Business Margin Tax. This is paid as: tax payable = revenues minus some expenses with an apportionment factor. In most states, however, the fee is nominal and only a handful charge a tax comparable to the tax imposed on corporations.

The District of Columbia considers LLCs to be taxable entities, thus eliminating the benefit of flow-through taxes by subjecting members to double taxation.Typically, LLCs will choose to be taxed as a partnership to avoid double taxation, which occurs in corporations. This allows companies to distribute their income among members who then report it on their personal tax returns.

Renewal fees may also be higher. Maryland, for example, charges a stock or nonstock corporation $120 for the initial charter, and $100 for an LLC. The fee for filing the annual report the following year is $300 for stock corporations and LLC, and zero for non-stock corporations. In addition, certain states, such as New York, impose a publication requirement upon formation of the LLC which requires that the members of the LLC publish a notice in newspapers in the geographic region that the LLC will be located that it is being formed. For LLCs located in major metropolitan areas (e.g. New York City), the cost of publication can be significant.

The management structure of an LLC may be unfamiliar to many. Unlike corporations, they are not required to have a board of directors or officers. (This could also be seen as an advantage to some.)

Taxing jurisdictions outside the US are likely to treat a US LLC as a corporation, regardless of its treatment for US tax purposes, for example if a US LLC does business outside the US or a resident of a foreign jurisdiction is a member of a US LLC.

The principals of LLCs use many different titles—e.g., member, manager, managing member, managing director, chief executive officer, president, and partner. As such, it can be difficult to determine who actually has the authority to enter into a contract on the LLC's behalf.

It looks like CEO is a term for the principal of a LLC but unfortunately Mr. Allen doesn't have a real company by any definition. He has no employees, companies, capital or literally anything. His 'offices' are pictured below to give an example of where he sits and 'works'. Added to this he acts surprised that IRS have come down hard on him. Duh dude, you pretend online that you have a company worth $1 million, with huge incomes and supposed contracts but when tax season comes Ms. Botelho fills them out with her meager Wallmart income as the ONLY reference to money. Surely you understand that the IRS will be confused and demanding explanations of this? It doesn't take a genius for sure Herr Magus Stryx. There is no title here that suits you except for delusional loser. (We really hope that he finds this site and reads it!!!!). From what I see, James Arnold Allen does not have a LLC at all, he might have the tax paperwork to define one but not the actual operating business, so this is another glorified lie by Mr. Allen.   

If Jimmy is a CEO How Does That Hold Weight to These Facts? Oh Right, it Doesn't...

A chief executive officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking corporate officer (executive) or administrator in charge of total management of an organization. An individual appointed as a CEO of a corporation, company, organization, or agency typically reports to the board of directors. In British English, terms often used as synonyms for CEO are managing director (MD) and chief executive (CE). In American English, the title executive director (ED) is sometimes used for non-profit organizations.

The responsibilities of an organization's CEO (chief executive officer, US) or MD (managing director, UK) are set by the organization's board of directors or other authority, depending on the organization's legal structure. They can be far-reaching or quite limited and are typically enshrined in a formal delegation of authority.Responsibilities

Typically, the CEO/MD has responsibilities as a director, decision maker, leader, manager and executor. The communicator role can involve the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as the organization's management and employees; the decision-making role involves high-level decisions about policy and strategy. As a leader of the company, the CEO/MD advises the board of directors, motivates employees, and drives change within the organization. As a manager, the CEO/MD presides over the organization's day-to-day operations.

Characteristics

According to a study by Carola Frydman of MIT, from 1936 to the early 2000s there has been a rapid increase in the share of MBA graduates acting as CEOs; from approximately 10% of CEOs in 1960 to more than 50% by the end of the century. Earlier in the century, top executives were more likely to have obtained technical degrees in science and engineering or law degrees.

So...James Allen has NO MBA or Masters in general, or Bachelors in Business at the very least, no board of directors, or any major decisions to make. He is the only person that exists in his 'company' unless you count his cats ('staff') or Elisabeth Botelho. There is no real 'CEO' going on here, not in the normal meaning unless our very special Mr. Allen has his own definition. One person does not a corporation make. He has no products, no services or offices to represent his grand company. Soon we will explore the concept of a 'LLC' in contexts to Mr. Allen's and see where that stands. It really doesn't take much work to deny him these claims, no lengthy texts or endless sources. The straightforward definitions stand up to comparison to him and leave little room for interpretation. We suggest that you, the reader of this blog, do research of your own, go to his many websites and see for yourself, it won't take much. Keep in mind that not everything is what or who it appears online, and that is something that Jimmy depends on...another question is: if James Allen had his 'company' and everything in its early stages in 1991 then why he did he not get his Bachelors in Business or Marketing when he went to Southeastern many, many years later? A Bachelors in Clinical Psychology has absolutely NO bearing on his supposed profession and expertise...

James Arnold Allen a Genius? No, Not Really but Thanks for Trying

Genius is expressed in a variety of forms (e.g., mathematical, literary, performance). Genius may show itself in early childhood, as a prodigy with particular gifts (e.g., understanding), or later in life. Geniuses are often deemed as such after demonstrating great originality. They tend to have strong intuitions about their domains, and they build on these insights with tremendous energy. There is a cited link between creativity of genius and genetic mutations linked to psychosis.

A hypothesis called multiple intelligences put forth by Harvard University professor Howard Gardner in his 1983 book Frames of Mind states there are at least seven types of intelligences, each with its own type of genius.

IQ test

One usage of the noun "genius" is closely related to the general concept of intelligence. One currently accepted way of attempting to measure one's intelligence is with an IQ test. The label of "genius" for persons of high IQ was popularized by Lewis Terman. He and his colleague Leta Hollingworth suggested different scores as a cut-off for genius in psychometric terms.

In addition to the fundamental criticism that intelligence measured in this way is an example of reification and ranking fallacies, the IQ test has also been criticized as having a "cultural bias" in its interpretation despite assurances that these tests are designed to eliminate test bias.

Various philosophers have proposed definitions of what genius is and what that implies in the context of their philosophical theories.

In the philosophy of David Hume, the way society perceives genius is similar to the way society perceives the ignorant. Hume states that a person with the characteristics of a genius is looked at as a person disconnected from society, as well as a person who works remotely, at a distance, away from the rest of the world. "On the other hand, the mere ignorant is still more despised; nor is any thing deemed a surer sign of an illiberal genius in an age and nation where the sciences flourish, than to be entirely destitute of all relish for those noble entertainments. The most perfect character is supposed to lie between those extremes; retaining an equal ability and taste for books, company, and business; preserving in conversation that discernment and delicacy which arise from polite letters; and in business, that probity and accuracy which are the natural result of a just philosophy."[10]

In the philosophy of Immanuel Kant, genius is the ability to independently arrive at and understand concepts that would normally have to be taught by another person. For Kant, originality was the essential character of genius.[11] This genius is a talent for producing ideas which can be described as non-imitative. Kant's discussion of the characteristics of genius is largely contained within the Critique of Judgement and was well received by the Romantics of the early 19th century. In addition, much of Schopenhauer's theory of genius, particularly regarding talent and the "disinterestedness" (i.e. "free play") of aesthetic contemplation, is directly derived from paragraphs of Part I of Kant's Critique of Judgment.[12]

Genius is a talent for producing something for which no determinate rule can be given, not a predisposition consisting of a skill for something that can be learned by following some rule or other.

In the philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer, a genius is someone in whom intellect predominates over "will" much more than within the average person. In Schopenhauer's aesthetics, this predominance of the intellect over the will allows the genius to create artistic or academic works that are objects of pure, disinterested contemplation, the chief criterion of the aesthetic experience for Schopenhauer. Their remoteness from mundane concerns means that Schopenhauer's geniuses often display maladaptive traits in more mundane concerns; in Schopenhauer's words, they fall into the mire while gazing at the stars, an allusion to Plato's dialogue Theætetus, in which Socrates tells of Thales (the first philosopher) being ridiculed for falling in such circumstances. As he says in Volume 2 of The Word as Will and Representation:

Talent hits a target no one else can hit; Genius hits a target no one else can see.

In the philosophy of Kierkegaard, genius is contrasted with an apostle; although both types of men are similar, the apostle speaks with authority, whereas the genius does not. In his work, The Difference Between a Genius and an Apostle, published in 1849 as one part of the Two Minor Ethical-Religious Essays, Kierkegaard writes: "A genius and an apostle are qualitatively different. All thought breathes in immanence, whereas faith and the paradox are a qualitative sphere unto themselves. Genius is immediateness. Genius is born. An apostle is not born: an apostle is a man called and appointed by God, receiving a mission from him. Authority is the decisive quality."

In the philosophy of Nietzsche, genius is merely the context which leads us to consider someone a genius. In Twilight of the Idols, Nietzsche writes, "Great men, like great epochs, are explosive material in whom tremendous energy has been accumulated; their prerequisite has always been, historically and physiologically, that a protracted assembling, accumulating, economizing and preserving has preceded them – that there has been no explosion for a long time." In this way, Nietzsche follows in the line of German Idealism.

In the philosophy of Bertrand Russell, genius entails that an individual possesses unique qualities and talents that make the genius especially valuable to the society in which he or she operates. However, Russell's philosophy further maintains that it's possible for such a genius to be crushed by an unsympathetic environment during his or her youth. Russell rejected the notion he believed was popular during his lifetime
that, "genius will out."

We have met more gifted 'special' people in our time that could be defined as 'genius' in comparison to Mr. Allen. He is regretfully not brilliant, original or innovative, and according to him he is, sadly this takes empirical data to prove, not words. There is a severe lack of evidence to support this claim by him, placing him in the category of Pseudo-Intellect. He doesn't even qualify on the lowest level as a genius, even stretching the definition and that must be humbling to him deep down. He is a fake and fraud. A genius never tells others he is one, as the definitions above say, 'The genius will out.' So far, these many years later, we haven't seen it. Come on Jimmy, show us your genius at something...

This is a product of the 1991-2001 research on unconventional warfare and counter-terrorism sponsored by the Beyond War Project. I reflect on this principle today as I have received a letter from the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Gregg Abbott, regarding the ongoing illegal garnishment order his office has continued to enforce from 2002-2006 in violation of 28th United States Congress Section 1738A Paragraph E. This Federal law, known to the American Bar Association as the ‘Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act’, is central to the premeditated abduction of my son (81 days old) and step-daughter (3) on August 18th 2001 and their continued concealment by threat of violence against myself, my family members, and ongoing (2001, 2002, 2003, 2005) harassment and intimidation tactics against key witnesses.

We do not remember finding a book of CEO James Arnold Allen quotes anywhere, so we wonder where he first stated this nonsense? We cannot find it other than his old 'Beyond War' blog that is over six years ago. He must be a visionary, a prophet of the times, and his commentary on world events is so detailed and profound we shudder from the power of his pure intellect! Shudder! This genius is having his meager income garnished because he is court ordered to pay child support for Baby Boy Allen, this is not hard to understand. It seems to be a stumbling block in his damaged brain over and over. Yes Mr. Allen, you lost. You lost Magnus, you lost the custody and all connected to it in 2001, surprise it is now 2013, wake up! Conspiracies aside, and there are many, these are the facts Mr. Genius, deal with it!
